职位描述：

Analyst/顾问服务分析师

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;

  2. Undertake viability studies, property market surveys and investment analysis;

  3. Assist with investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues in Shanghai;

  4 . Consolidate and compile research findings;

  5. Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments. 

  6. Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate, mathematics or business;

2. At least 2 years experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory role;

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;

4. Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;

5. Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the property sector highly desirable.
