"The vision conveys a company's strategic aspiration and motivates commitment to strategic goals. While strategies have to adapt to a fast changing world, the vision articulates the mid to long term strategic priorities of a company. The vision is thereby the linchpin of a company's strategic framework. Siemens recently launched a new vision: "Siemens - the pioneer in energy efficiency, industrial productivity, affordable and personalized healthcare and intelligent infrastructure solutions". Since the foundation of the company Siemens has been a pioneer. Being the global corporation we are today, we want to make history based on innovation power and collaboration across countries and sectors by delivering acts of pioneering."
