“国际化、区际化开放与区域经济发展”国际研讨会

一、会议简介
中国经济的对外开放与内部地区间整合正在引起国内外经济学界的研究兴趣。作为一个由众多区域组成的大国，中国经济的开放可从两个层面切入考察：一个是总体或曰国民经济层面，另一个是个体或曰区域经济层面。在区域经济层面，开放带有某种“二重”特征：一重是对外开放或国际化，另一重是对内开放或区际化。众多区域经济的国际化构成了中国经济国际化的基础，众多区域经济的区际化开放则将促成中国内部统一市场的形成。
对于中国区域经济的此种二重开放，无疑需要借助有关经济理论予以考察与解释。据此，我们邀请各方专家学人于2009年晚秋聚集于美丽的西子湖畔，聚焦于区域经济层面，就这个论题进行畅所欲言的探讨。会议将邀请欧、美、日等国及国内这一研究领域的知名学者，从国内外有关研究的最新进展切入，进行广泛而深入的研究与交流。预祝诸位在杭州短暂的逗留愉快，希望以此为契机建立与发展我们之间的学术与友谊的双重交流。
二、主要论题
此次研讨会的主要论题如下：
1、经济开放：从区域层面的考察
2、中国省域（或县市域）经济：二重开放与经济发展
3、区域经济开放与国内市场一体化
4、区域/空间经济理论研究及其在分析中国区域经济中的现实应用
5、别的有关区域-空间经济发展的论题
三、会议征稿
1．论文要求
（1）与会议主题相关的理论分析或实证研究而非简单的对策研究；
（2）附有文稿题目、作者姓名、作者单位、不多于 200 字中文摘要[最好附英文]及不多于五个关键词；
（3）按照一般学术刊物体例排版（最好为word 文档）；
（4）中文、英文论文均可，但须为尚未发表的论文。

（2）论文投稿截止日期2009年10月20日。

Objectives of the Conference
The Chinese economy is a huge one consisting of multiple regions. Checking of the opening-up of such an economy could be approached from both levels, namely national economy vs. regional one. At the regional level， the opening-up has dual-features; one is opening-up to the outside world which could be termed as internationalization，another, to other domestic regions which could be termed as inter-regionalization. The internationalization of the regions sets the basis for the internationalization of the Chinese economy as a whole while the inter-regionalization of the regions contributes to the formation of an integrated domestic market. This sort of trend, the dual opening-up of regional economies in China needs both theoretical explanation and empirical verification. In this context，the Institute of International Economics, Zhejiang University(IIEZJU) will sponsor an international workshop focusing on the themes listed above in Autumn 2009.
Participants
Interested participants are required to submit their papers to the organizing committee of the conference for acceptance evaluation. All the authors of the accepted papers will be invited to the workshop.
Expenses for Invited Participants
The workshop shall be financed by an official found. There is no registration fee involved for the Participants being invited. The invited participants' costs of two days accommodation during the workshop will be covered fully by the host.
Paper Submission Guidelines
(1) Paper demanded and their formats
l Any academic papers related to the workshop themes;
l The paper should include the title, author names and affiliations, abstract (no more than 200 words) and up to 5 keywords;
l The format can refer to the academic journal request ;
l Unpublished paper in Journal formally.
(2) Submit your paper
l E-mailing the paper to the following address: zhengwen317@zju.edu.cn, jiangdong1007@163.com, with the subject of “Workshop paper”.
l The deadline: October 20th, 2009.
We welcome those who engage in academic research to submit their papers. The economists working at Universities and research institutes are especially welcome.

l Paper Acceptation: November 6th, 2009.
l Final version: November 10th, 2009.
